My favorite part was the tables for macro = work, showing the effect of extension tubes and close up lenses with = various lenses, giving details on width of field, exposure, etc. I found = some of the step by step procedures lacking, such as how to load and = unload a magazine. My recall is that the how to unload party is not = addressed in any way, or is unclear. Another complaint is that while it = is a broad overview, it still does not cover all the gear currently = available. If I was a new owner with a serious interest, I'd read this = book, but without the expectation that this is the last word on every = topic. Like any book, you'll know more when you finish it, but less than = everything there is to know. Peter Klosky >>> "Peter Shier" 11/06/00 09:54PM >>> I am a new 501CM owner and I have a manual. I was wondering if the "Hasselblad Manual" by Ernst Wildi is worthwhile reading. Can anyone recommend this book?
