I have made many purchases from B&H and the service, inventory, and price have always been superb. B & H is not the kind of place where you stop by or call up for a lengthy chit-chat about this lens or that camera but if you know what you are looking for they simply can't be beat. As a customer, I understand that they can't offer me the benefit of their miniscule margins unless they can do enough volume. In order to do that volume they need to keep it short and to the point. I do my detailed research elsewhere and then buy at B&H.
