Check with Bill Maxwell (Maxwell Precision Optics, 404-244-0095). I'm not sure how "custom" he gets but his screen have some options for markings such as grids. At the very least he might be able to point you to someone else. If you don't mind the risk, maybe you could carefully scratch your desired markings into the screen yourself. --Andrew ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 08 Jun 2001 09:36:19 -0700 From: Nitzan Tagansky To: Subject: "twice infinity" Message-ID: I just read an article on a photographer shooting blurry images at "twice infinity". This is advertising, so take it with a grain of salt, but I've found little difference in the two lenses myself (I have the older 100/3.5 and a T* 80/2.8) other than the angle of view. BTW, I think they are both great lenses. If the batteries in the camera start failing because of low temperatures, swap in the new ones and warm up the old ones. However, I really doubt if you'll have much of a cold problem during July. So, Hassy restricts Cayman's business, and that lets Cayman continue to do business. Hassy-USA gets to continue charging their prices and providing service. But if I happen to be able to fly down to Grand Cayman, I'm free to not pay USA prices.
