The one thing I ordered from them was what I would call less then Ex and they listed it Ex++ granted it was only a waist level for a Hasselblad. They do have a very impressive inventory of used gear, and I have never heard of any problems with them. They have been right on with their grading and standby there warranties. Hope this helps. There were problems, the first of which was apparently my fault - I may have typed the zip code incorrectly by one number (entirely possible, since I didn't scrutinize the information I'd typed in carefully before submitting it), and this caused the product to be sent by UPS to a city halfway across the state - I found this out because it hadn't arrived when expected it, so I contacted KEH and they gave me the tracking number. They happened to have another lens (used, in EX+ condition like the one I originally ordered) in stock, so they sent that to the correct address, and said they'd reimburse the money when the first lens was returned to them. The 2nd lens was received, and I was perfectly happy with it. The next problem, however, was that a couple weeks later I went over my statement and realized that the money for the first lens hadn't been reimbursed to my credit/debit card. I contacted them, the guy found the lens on the desk of the salesman who had processed the original order, and then reimbursed the money. The first mistake was most likely mine (I didn't get a verification slip after the first order, though they did after the second - so I couldn't check that to see for sure though). The second mistake was theirs, but was corrected promptly. It was irritating, but I don't think it was an attempt to rip me off. I wouldn't rule out buying from them again, myself. Our new friend from Spain Rafael Alday offers us some private portraits mixed with images of Spain. The work he has done in the studio has paid off with the wonderful location portrait of the Street Hawker. We have a series of beautiful landscapes made in the tradition of Ansel Adams by George Lauterstein, and now we have a more "colourful" world presented by Erik Gunzel, and I'm proud that they represent images of my own beautiful country. What better, portraits and landscapes, the essence of Hasselblad.
