We've gone to the PocketWizard radio units and they seem to work every time (as long as the batteries are good!) Also if you look in the shutterbug some where you'll find someone who is selling those little brass doodads that will reshape your pc cord ends. The is a great little tool and will save you and your foot a lot of pain. Try downloading a newer version of Outlook Express from the MS site. Express stores the messages in a shared files section of windows in a master file (not separate).
