Thanks I just ordered a B50 to 55mm adapter, since I already have quite a few 55mm filters for my 35mm lenses. Thanks to the others who responded, too! My problem with Tiffen is that their whole concept is to put a gel in between two pieces of optical glass. That's 6 surfaces if you count the gel 4 if you don't. Hoya makes glass for Leica and actually uses colored glass and they have a high end multi line now. I'd go Hoya over Tiffen if I had the choice. But I love B+W and Heliopan filters the best!
