It is not very expensive. Look for characteristics in the agfa web page. Well, since that line of discusion took place, I obtained a 201F body to see why others were saying it was more versital than the 500 camera. I am sold! The 201F provides more obtains because in fact you can use the C, CF and F version lenses. The C and CF version can be used with the leaf shutter or the 201F focal plane shutter. It is a very nice piece of equipment. I have never used the 503CW but I certainly endorse the 201F. I am somewhat mistifyied why Hasselblad discontinued this version of the 200 series cameras. BTW, I also was able to pickup a clean version of the 2000FC/W in excellent condition for $700 as a backup. Well made and almost as good as the 201F. I like the focal plane shutter-curtain release when you take the film back off the camera. Nice way to protect the curtain. I would have been nice on the 201F. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 1 Mar 2000 19:12:23 EST From: InfinityDT@aol.com To: hasselblad@kelvin.net Subject: Re: 503CW vs. 201F Message-ID: <2f.220c534.25ef0be7@aol.com> In a message dated 3/1/00 6:39:21 PM Eastern Standard Time, Gdoces@aol.com writes: << I certainly endorse the 201F. I suppose if it did, it would take a lot of sales away from the 203FE, which is now the least expensive (!) current body that takes all lenses and gives a choice of shutters with CF lenses. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 2 Mar 2000 11:15:52 +0900 From: "N.Kuratani" To: Subject: Re: 503CW vs. 201F Message-ID: <000501bf83ed$3cb2c5a0$756dfea9@net> Exactly.
