Message-ID: <20000303183021.5167.qmail@web701.mail.yahoo.com> Greetings. I'm starting to use H-blad equipment again after an absence of many years. It seems I've forgotten much of what I knew about how it works, what works with what and what's available. I'd like to obtain a good book (or two) that includes references to the older equipment as well (as that's what I can afford at this time). Which sources have *you* found to be useful? For using the equipment, Wilde, The Hasselblad Manual, new edition is recently out. For an exceptional resource on Hasselblad camera equipment, Nordin, Hasselblad Compendium. It is invaluable as it lists all the available items, with a very informative description. It has helped me in deciding what used equipment to buy. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 4 Mar 2000 11:58:54 +1100 From: George Ruebner To: hasselblad@kelvin.net Subject: Club Hasselblad update for march Message-ID: G'day friends, Just to let you know that I have finally put together some of the work sent to us by Ulf Sjogren. Ulf has been one of the active members of this group, answering questions etc, so I'm sure you will all enjoy seeing some of his work. If you are patient and read his CV first, you should have the images downloaded into your memory, and this will make browsing through the gallery much faster. Truly some of the most captivating nature shots I've seen. Especially when you imagine them as large size prints. And true to the high quality standards of Club Hasselblad's web site. A great inspiration, too. My compliments! Make me wonder which of the pictures have led to commercial success as well. Have any been used in publications?
